ABOUT THE HOUSE

You will need to book your flight to Izmir Airport (also known as Adnan Menderes)  I can organise this for you with my agents.  You could also fly into Bodrum but the transfer is further and will cost more. The price will be confirmed when booking as it can change.  As most flights are on a Thursday Or Saturday now you have to check out by 12 noon on your last day to allow the cleaners to get ready for the next guests on the evening.  However, if your flight isn't until the evening then we can come to some arrangement for your cases etc. depending on what time the next guests arrive.  My house is located in Kusadasi, near ladies beach. It is behind the Palmin Hotel on a site called Nidakent.  It is approximately 45 minutes in a taxi from Izmir airport.

There are 3 double bedrooms, which sleeps 6 comfortably, there is also a spare single mattress for children to use and spare blankets and a sofa bed in the lounge.  A bathroom/shower room is on the second floor with toilet and a separate toilet is on the ground floor.   (There are 4 bedrooms but one is private)  There is a large living area and kitchen/dining area a front and back garden, a small terrace and a roof terrace.   It is fully furnished with solar heating, alarm, electric water heater for the winter, satellite TV., washing machine, cooking facilities including a microwave, fridge/freezer, BBQ and all basics.  The living area, one of the middle bedrooms and top terrace bedroom have air conditioning installed which blows out hot air in the winter and cold in the summer.  There is also a swimming pool on the complex not even a minutes walk from the house. 

The house is only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach and only a 1 minute walk to the Palmin Hotel where you will find taxis. You can wait for a minibus (dolmus) to take you into the centre there also.  They run every  minute so you wont be waiting for long.  It only costs 60p.  There are a couple of different routes that it takes, but all will take you to the centre.  They run from 7am to midnight in the summer months. Taxi fares are quite cheap but ask them to put the meter on or get a price up front.  Usually the charge is more after 12 as in England.
