HOUSE RENTAL IS 280 PER WEEK, 500 FOR 2 WEEKS THIS INCLUDES YOUR WATER AND ELECTRIC. I DO NOT CHARGE HIGHER PRICES AT PEAK SEASON.
WILL NEGOTIATE LONG TERM AND WINTER RENTALS.
50% OF THIS IS PAYABLE IMMEDIATELY TO RESERVE YOUR BOOKING AND IS NON REFUNDABLE. THE BALANCE OF 50% IS PAYABLE 4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE.
A 200 BOND MUST BE GIVEN TO THE AGENTS UPON ARRIVAL THIS WILL BE RETURNED IF ALL IS OK WHEN YOU LEAVE. HOWEVER IF BREAKAGES ARE SMALL THEN SIMPLY REPLACE ANY ITEMS BROKEN A FULL HOUSEHOLD INVENTORY WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU. However, this can be waived if you use my agents for transfers as they can check the house upon your departure.
PAYMENT
There are many methods of making payment. If you are in the UK you can simply send me a cheque, I will send you my full postal address if you email me. You can also pay direct into my bank account via paypal which is FREE. Paypal accept many different cards including MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch/Maestro, or solo from the UK.
However, if you are paying from Denmark, then Paypal only accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American and Express.
From France or Belgium Paypal will only accept MasterCard or Visa. So please check out what your Country will accept first. However, if you have your own paypal account set up that is easier still.
